- Use and amendments
These General Terms and Conditions pertain to the use of the Webshop, i.e., the sale of services via the web domain shop.inkop.hr.
The Webshop services are available on the website https://www.shop.inkop.hr, hereinafter “the Webshop”.
The website and other Webshop services (shopping at the Webshop) can be used for your private use at no charge, and according to the Terms and Conditions defined below. By using the Webshop you undertake to adhere to the Terms and Conditions below.
If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of the Webshop, please do not use the Webshop’s website.
The Terms and Conditions of the Webshop are subject to change at any time, and you should therefore check the Terms and Conditions pages every time you visit the Webshop pages. Should you keep using the website after the Terms and Conditions have been amended, it shall be regarded that you agree with the new Terms and Conditions of using the Webshop.
The Company Inkop International d.o.o. shall bear no liability for any potential consequences that arise from the amendments to the web content.

These Terms and Conditions define the process of order placement, payment, delivery, and complaints about products offered on this website. The procedure of buying/selling goods at the Webshop and the conditions therefore are defined as follows:

The supplier of the ordered goods or services is the point of sale Inkop International d.o.o.
Through its website, the company Inkop International d.o.o. enables the purchase of its entire assortment of goods or services offered and in stock, which are delivered to individual customers according to the customer’s address.
A customer is a natural or legal person that orders or pays for products/services of the company Inkop International d.o.o. Poznanovec, Croatia, via the website. All prices are given in the Croatian currency (HRK) and do not include VAT, according to the law. Goods and services are shipped at prices applicable on the date of placing the order.
The company Inkop International d.o.o. reserves the right not to deliver orders if suspicions of misuse arise.
2.1. Registration
You must be older than 18 to register for or use the services of the Webshop. The customer/client/party bears the sole responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the data entered during registration and purchasing.
Should any change of data that you entered during registration or purchase occur, we kindly ask you to update your user account as soon as possible, i.e., notify us about any changes at the following e-mail address: info@inkop.hr or by telephone: +385 01 70 00 542.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered while purchasing items.
2.2. Ordering goods
Products shall be ordered electronically. Products are placed into the cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. The products shall be considered ordered at the moment the customer completes the payment (checkout) procedure.
The Webshop enables two types of shopping at https://www.shop.inkop.hr
- 1. SHOPPING AS A GUEST USER
If the customer has not registered and/or logged in, the customer may still purchase all the available products, and data delivered by e-mail info@inkop.hr shall only be used for the current purchase, but they shall not be saved in the Webshop’s customer database. - SHOPPING AS A REGISTERED USER
We would like to point out that registered users have additional options, such as:
- Faster order and checkout process
- Overview of order history
- Changes to the data of the user account
- Shopping lists
- Saving additional delivery addresses
When the order is created and confirmed, you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you registered with that the order was received by the company Inkop International d.o.o.. The confirmation is generated automatically by the server and forwarded to the customer when the order is confirmed.
If you do not receive such a message, please check:
- Whether your message is in the Junk/Spam folder
- Whether your inbox is full
- Whether the items are in your cart after logging into the website of the Webshop, in which case you should repeat the ordering process
The company Inkop International d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all ordered products or services that are at the moment of delivery in stock of the shop from which they will be delivered to the customer. Should the company Inkop International d.o.o. not be able to deliver any of the ordered products or services, it shall contact the customer by telephone or e-mail with regard to an alternative product/service or cancellation of the ordered product.
The pictures of products in the Webshop are for illustrative purposes and pictures on the website that depict products do not have to exactly correspond to the real appearance and content of the product.
The company Inkop International d.o.o. shall strive to publish accurate and current information on the website of the Webshop, but it shall not assume any liability for the accuracy and completeness thereof.
2.3. Dispatch of goods or services
The ordered goods or services shall be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by usual handling in transport. The customer is obliged to inspect the parcel before accepting it, immediately report any visible damage and refuse to accept the damaged parcel. Services shall be delivered in the agreed time period (delivery term).
2.4. Payment for goods
The customer is obliged to pay the company Inkop International d.o.o. for the ordered products or services by one of the payment methods indicated on the website of the Webshop.
- The shipping fee (for products ordered whose value is less than HRK 700.00) is charged additionally.
- The price of standard delivery for ordered products in the value of less than 700.00 kn for delivery in the Republic of Croatia starts from 29.90 kn. DODATI NA ENG VERZIJU
- The price of standard delivery for ordered products to international destinations starts from 9.90 EUR DODATI NA ENG VERZIJU
- No shipping fees are charged for services.
2.5. Delivery
All ordered products shall be delivered by delivery services (the Post or similar) on every business day. The delivery shall be made no earlier than the next day from the date the order is placed.
2.6. Returns/complaints about goods or services
In case of return of goods, the customer is obliged to send a complaint to the company Inkop International d.o.o. by e-mail, telephone or in writing, in accordance with statutory requirements and time limits.
The customer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:
- Delivery of goods that were not ordered
- Delivery of goods that are defective or damaged
- Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract with no obligation of providing reasons therefore within 14 days from the date of delivery of goods, i.e., the last product of the order. You can find the details in section 2.8 Duration and termination of the contract.
In case of complaints regarding the services, the customer/client/party may cancel the service and get a refund within 3 days if the provision of the service has not started.
2.7. Notice on filing consumer complaints
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Act, we hereby notify consumers that they may submit written complaints in the following way:
- at the retail store to the manager and/or assistant manager

We will reply to your complaint within 15 days. We value your opinion and invite you to send us your inquiries, recommendations, and suggestions.
2.8. Duration and termination of the contract
Contracts shall be signed for amounts exceeding HRK 6,000.00 for sales of services. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of business dealings between the company Inkop International d.o.o. and the customer/client/party.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract with no obligation of providing reasons therefore within 14 days from the date of delivery of goods, i.e., the last product of the order.
You may terminate the contract by any other univocal statement on a durable medium in which you state your will to terminate the contract.
In case of contract termination, each party shall return to the other everything it received on the basis of the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We shall refund the paid amount to you after we receive the returned goods. The goods shall be returned with no delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us about the unilateral termination of the contract.
By accepting these Terms, you also accept the provisions of the aforementioned rules.
The right to a unilateral termination of the contract is excluded by the Act in several cases.

- Statement about the protection, collection and use of personal data
By registering on the Webshop and by shopping as a guest, I agree that the company Inkop International d.o.o. and its partners collect, process and mutually forward and exchange the following data (hereinafter data processing): my personal data provided in the registration form and data concerning my orders.
I am giving the aforementioned consent for processing personal data for the purpose of allowing the company Inkop International d.o.o. to learn about my purchasing habits, for advertising products and services of the company Inkop International d.o.o. and its partners during the entire period of my registration, as well as other advertising needs of service providers.
I am aware that I have the right to withdraw this statement of consent at any time and in its entirety. By withdrawal of the statement of consent, the processing of personal data concerning me shall cease completely, as well as my registration at the Webshop.
I am aware of my right to partially withdraw this statement of consent for data processing at any time (unsubscribing from the newsletter for promotional purposes).
The customer may request the deletion of personal data concerning him/her from the Webshop’s database by telephone or e-mail.
This Webshop uses cookies as session identifiers, i.e., cookies contain session IDs to ensure that the Webshop recognizes and memorizes the user’s browser and the user during the session, and in such a way enables shopping.
- Data safety and protection
When registering at the Webshop, you will also have to create a password that you need to keep strictly secret and must not share it with others.
You are responsible for all the actions and orders made from your user account. If you suspect that somebody else knows your password, we kindly ask that you to contact us by telephone at +385 (0)52 381634 or e-mail: info@inkop.hr to give you instructions about how to change your password.
Should any suspicions about the existence of a security breach arise, the company Inkop International d.o.o. reserves the right to request that you change the password or block your user account.
- External services
The services provided to you by the Webshop do not include the costs you incur by using computer and other electronic equipment (electronic devices), as well as services for accessing our website. The company Inkop International d.o.o. shall not be liable for the costs of telephone, data traffic, or any other costs that might incur when ordering and/or browsing/searching the website.
- Intellectual property
The content of the Webshop is protected and the company Inkop International d.o.o. holds the single right to its use. You must contact the company Inkop International d.o.o. at the e-mail address info@inkop.hr in advance for any commercial use of the content on the website of the Webshop.
- Availability of the Inkop International d.o.o. Webshop
Even though the company Inkop International d.o.o. strives to provide you with the best possible offer of services, the company Inkop International d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the services of the Webshop will suit your needs.
Access to the website of the Webshop (https://www.shop.inkop.hr) may sometimes be unavailable due to works, maintenance or introduction of new content, as well in cases of unforeseeable circumstances, which we shall strive to eliminate within the shortest possible period of time.
- Linked websites
The website of the Webshop includes links to other websites. The material of such websites is not controlled by the Webshop and customers access them at their own risk, therefore the company Inkop International d.o.o. shall not be liable for the content on such websites.
A part of the website of the Webshop is intended for advertising, and advertisers are responsible for the compliance of these materials with statutory norms and rules. The company Inkop International d.o.o. shall not be liable for any errors or irregularities of marketing materials.
Marketing activities
We reserve the right to offer different promotional activities to different customers at the Webshop.

- Cash on delivery – valid only in the Republic of Croatia (you pay the GLS or Post courier for your parcel)

Online payments security statement
When paying at our Webshop, you use CorvusPay – an advanced system for safe acceptance of payment cards online. CorvusPay ensures the complete secrecy of your card data from the moment they are entered into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data shall be forwarded by encrypted transmission from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our Webshop shall never gain access to complete data of your payment card. Such data are also unavailable for employees of the CorvusPay system. The isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, while keeping them completely safe at the same time.
The payment data form is secured by the SSL security protocol, which is the most reliable one. All stored data are additionally protected by encryption with an encryption device certified in accordance with the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements pertaining to the safety of online payments prescribed by leading card brands, i.e., it operates in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard, the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards in the 3-D Secure program, your bank validates both your card and your identity by a token or password.
Corvus Info considers all the collected data banking secrets and treats them accordingly. The data are used solely for their intended purpose. Your sensitive data are completely safe, and their privacy guaranteed by the latest protective mechanisms. Only data necessary for carrying out activities in accordance with the prescribed required procedures for online payments shall be collected.

The value of the order and additional costs
Item and shipping prices do not include potential customs expenses or any special fees of the destination country. The customer is responsible for all aforementioned costs and shall inquire at the customs office in the country to which the parcel is sent about the rules and conditions, as well as potential additional costs, because no refund due to changes by the customs office of the destination country shall be possible.
The company Inkop International d.o.o. shall not bear any other unforeseen costs.
Delivery
The delivery to the destination country may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return/complaint
Complaints about products shall be considered only in accordance with statutory conditions and time limits. The requirement for acknowledging the complaint is the return of the item in question, in its original packaging and at the expense of the customer to the following address:
